This class supports physical alignment, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity. ​1hr and 15 min Depending on the day and teacher, the class may include: – A traditional approach with static holds, kriyas, and a sound bath (Mon & Sat) – A dynamic progression combining mindful movement and steady postures (Wed) All levels.
