Mindfulness Yin Yoga (with Sascha)
Mindfulness yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that blends the stillness of yin yoga with conscious, present-moment awareness. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, poses are held for extended periods — typically three to five minutes — allowing the body to soften deeply into each shape while targeting the connective tissues, fascia, and joints rather than the muscles. The mindfulness element invites practitioners to observe physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions without judgment as they arise, turning the mat into a space for both physical release and inner stillness. It's an ideal practice for those looking to slow down, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind.
