Soft Yoga & South Bath (with Satvika)

A gentle and restorative practice designed to stretch the body, release tension, and reconnect with your inner balance. Through slow, mindful movements combined with deep breathing, I will guide you toward a state of calm and presence. At the end of the class, you will be immersed in a sound experience with singing bowls and a gong—an invitation to deep, restorative relaxation. A revitalizing session open to all levels.
